If for any reason you are not satisfied about purchase you have just received you can contact us sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and you will have the opportunity to receive a refund. We remind you that Atome does not allow exchange of goods but only provides for the reimbursement of the cost of returned products:
- To make a return, you must send a request to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of the goods;
- Name and/or code of the article to be returned must be specified in the e-mail;
- Receiving the return request, the ATOME customer service will send you a written confirmation with the specifications to be followed and the return shipping address;
- The shipping price is at your charge as well as the choice of carrier. Every risk and danger related to the return shipment and delivery responsibility is at your charge;
- ATOME is not responsible for any loss or damage due to improper packaging or delay in delivery;
- Goods must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or with the same method;
- All returned goods will be subject to inspection by the ATOME staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure.
- All products on sale on the ATOME site are delivered with an authenticity labelling and warranty seal;
- Each product must be tested without removing the tag and without tampering with the warranty seal
- The return will be accepted only with the seal of guarantee perfectly intact.
- In no case will returns accepted with the safety seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered .
- The products must necessarily be returned under the same conditions in which they were shipped and must be packaged appropriately.
- All other labels, both fabric and outstanding, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the prodoct.
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, you will receive an email of acceptance of the return. The refund will be based on the payment method you used to complete the purchase. Will yoy receive the refund at the latest within 30 days from the submission of the return request. We remind you that in the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, ATOME reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send it back to the Customer at the expense of the latter.
