Atome undertakes to fulfill orders as soon as possible, ensuring that each product is carefully packaged. Shipments and deliveries are entrusted to the express courier service GLS which takes 24/48 hours for deliveries in Italy and about 48/72 hours for those in the rest of European countries. Each shipment has a cost that varies depending on the destination of the goods and it is visible when ordering. Together with merchandise, will be included in the package the indicative invoice with detailing the prices and any discounts applied.
SHIPMENTS IN THE WORLD
Atome currently does not provide international shipping but is available for shipping to the rest of the world only upon express request that must be forwarded to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating specifically the code and / or the product name, the size and country of destination of the goods. You will receive an answer from the customer service with all the information to receive the products. All orders shipped outside the European Union must be paid for with a Paypal account. The cost of each product will be added to the shipping cost that will be calculated based on the destination of the goods with the exception of customs duties.
TRANSPORTATION OF THE SHIPMENT
Atome offers a shipping service that can be tracked at any time. Once the order has been completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment of the merchandise with the code (tracking number) provided by GLS that will allow you to check the progress of the shipment at any time.
To receive the shipment you need a signature of successful delivery of the package, so you need to make sure that someone can be available at the time of receiving the order at the address indicated. After receiving merchandise, you need carefully inspect the package before signing the document of delivery. If the package is tampered with or not intact, you can choose not to sign the document of delivery with reserve or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local GLS office and to Atome, by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. If you refuse the deliver , any shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to Atome will be deducted from your refund due. If at the first delivery attempt no person will be present for the receipt of the package, a notice will be left by the courier who will make a new delivery no later than 1 day following the first delivery attempt. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided at registration, the package will be returned to Atome at your expense.
